I was speeding and was pulled over by the Highway Patrol. I had just bought tickets that day for the local policeman’s ball. When the patrolman came up to my window, I asked him if he was selling tickets to the Highway Patrolman’s Ball. He replied that Highway Patrolmen don’t have Balls. He started laughing, I started laughing and he told me to get out of there.
