Evacuation orders have been lifted for all of Irvine, so we can return home. I did a preliminary drive-by to get a sense of damage to the village and the fire got into Orchard Hills, but luckily no homes were lost. Incredibly grateful to the Firefighters for all they’ve done for us (fire trucks were parked in the avocado orchards when I drove by around 3:45) and continue to do for our friends in Lake Forest, Yorba Linda, Brea and Chino Hills as the fires aren’t fully contained just yet. Prayers to the families of the two Firefighters critically injured in the line of duty.🙏
