Re: 412 Beaver County Fire- ...”We appreciate everyone that came to save our town, Ty Rader for air support even know it was so dangerous. The County guys in graders for many hours, Dillon Hilton on his grader headed north to the river. Monty James for sending water trucks and I know there were more, but I couldn’t see the names, so I thank you guys too. The dozers that came I can’t tell you who was out there, but I know one came by motorcycle from Liberal and had to take long 3-hour journey to get to the riverbed. Thank you to every neighbor that helped get a loved one safe, or horses, cattle, or dogs move. Thank you to Lesa and Gwen and the equity for having pumps on to supply gas for the units. I witnessed every neighbor with trailers moving livestock out to safety and by evening I saw, palettes of water and hay coming our way. That said we live in a great country, I still believe ❤️ Oh and Em’s, Ambulance, Food trucks from Canadian and another I didn’t see the name Thank you. But please think about the ones that lost their homes, it was not because they were not trying to be saved but they and our volunteer firefighters need some help Oklahoma. Please make us proud we don’t ask for much” .....
