On Monday, an elderly family member fell and couldn't get up.  I called 911 and a very professional dispatcher gave me directions on what to do and what not do while I was waiting for help.  The Henderson Fire Dept. arrived within minutes.  Three fire fighters took vitals, and safely lifted the victim from the floor.  You guys are rock stars!  Thanks so much.
